We wandered in by chance and it was such a happy surprise. The space was chic and smelled of a wood burning oven. We sat at the bar where Lila made us an exceptional martini and guided us through the menu. Stracciatella cheese and tomato on toasted bread with pesto. Rigatoni with sausage and vodka sauce. I know it sounds simple but it was delicious. So much better than the “Italian “ restaurants in Louisville. Mike made me the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. And they were so fun. Can’t wait till the weather warms up to sit on the patio.

Paseo was a gorgeous building with spectacular atmosphere. The menu was diverse and very allergen friendly. The hot hummus brule has forever changed my mom's life. My husband devoured the homemade pasta with lamb raggu. I ordered the seafood paella. It was absolutely gorgeous and the seafood was phenomenal. It was so much food, I have eaten it for leftovers 2 days in a row now. My only complaint is that it wasn't authentic paella, but I realize my expectations for authentic paella in the midwest was a little too high.

Really delicious food, the oyster was phenomenal, loved the waygu as well. Drinks could use a little work, syrup was going out or little was used. Overall really liked it.

Had an incredible dining experience here recently! The food was exceptional and the service, even better. Our server, Jess, and the rest of the front of house crew made us feel very welcome and like old times friends. All of the wine pairings offered to us were divine and really added to the overall experience. Charred greens salad and polenta bowl were our favorites. Perfect date spot, would come back 10/10.

Very impressive and spoiled as a neighbor to have this in walking distance! The food was so fresh and the seasoning on point! The bartender Lila absolutely splendid -and made me the best after dinner cocktail, even wrote down the drink name for me for my next visit! Also very happy to know that Thursday is a live jazz night! A beautiful voice was there tonight-wksh I had cash to tip her and the pianist. I hope maybe Joe Gomez and band could be there sometime-they played a hell of a jazz night at Decca years back! Thank you so much for an amazing experience and top notch service-(its rare to find these days)

We had a blast at Paseo! Went for my birthday and this was the most unique meal I’ve had— the octopus appetizer is fabulous and well worth the price for the amount you get. They had a seasonal strawberry risotto, which sounds different but worked so well. Our server, Lila, was exceptional. This was the second time we have had her and her recommendations are not to miss. She recommended the chicken add on to the risotto and a wine to go with it and it was fantastic. And the dessert? I’ve never had gelato so unique— blueberry-juniper and mango-cardamom flavors. Paseo has it all— exceptional service, wonderful eats, and a cocktail menu that is elevated. Their bartenders are great and this all made for a very special birthday night!

Amazing atmosphere, food, and service. Super easy to recommend this to anyone looking for a special place for dinner. We visited on Valentine’s Day and the wait staff were so courteous and thoughtful. The food was incredible and We would reorder everything we had again and again.

Some local colleagues recommended this jewel or a restaurant in the Highlands section of Louisville. Paseo was also listed as a Top 10 New Restaurant by several local and regional publications. In any case, our business dinner exceeded expectations. Our team loved the appetizers and housemade cocktails. The entrees, especially the pasta dishes, were excellent. There are also several options for those on plant-based diets.
